1. Reservation and Confirmation Process
1.1. Reservation Request
All requests must be submitted through our website, or by contacting our official email infotour@onlycusco.com, clearly specifying:
- Tour Package/Program or desired services.
- Travel Dates (start and end).
- Full Names (as they appear on the passport), nationality, passport number, and date of birth for all passengers.
1.2. Required Documentation
It is mandatory to provide a legible scanned copy or photograph of a **valid passport** at the time of booking. The information provided must be identical to that on the passport. ONLY CUSCO TRAVEL E.I.R.L. is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect or incomplete data.
2. Payment Conditions
2.1. Mandatory Initial Deposit
To confirm the reservation and secure spots, a **non-refundable initial deposit** is required per person.
- Amount: The deposit is **30% of the total cost** of the tour package.
- Purpose: This amount is used for the **immediate confirmation and acquisition** of essential services, such as: Machu Picchu Entrance Tickets, Train Tickets (round trip), and Hotel Reservations.
- Payment Deadline: The deposit must be made within **5 business days** after receiving availability confirmation from
infotour@onlycusco.com.
2.2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance (70%) of the total package cost must be settled no later than **45 days** before the start date of the services.
- Last-Minute Bookings (less than 45 days): Reservations made within 45 days require **full payment (100%)** at the time of confirmation.
2.3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via: Bank transfer, and Online payment platforms (commissions may apply). Contact infotour@onlycusco.com for specific details.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellation requests must be notified in writing ONLY to the official email address: infotour@onlycusco.com.
Penalties will be applied as follows:

| Between 59 and 31 days | 40% of the total package cost |
| Between 30 and 15 days | 75% of the total package cost |

3.2. Cancellation by the Agency
The agency reserves the right to cancel a tour due to force majeure. In such cases, a change of date or route will be offered, or a **full refund** will be issued, minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
4. Modifications
4.1. Modifications by the Client
Any modification request must be submitted via email to infotour@onlycusco.com with the greatest possible advance notice.
- Change of Date/Details: Subject to service availability and may incur an **administrative penalty** of **$50 USD** per person, plus any rate difference imposed by suppliers.
- Errors in Passenger Data: Correcting passport data after ticket issuance will incur the full cost of the new ticket, as the old one will be lost.
5. Responsibility
ONLY CUSCO TRAVEL E.I.R.L. acts as an intermediary. The agency **does not assume responsibility** for loss or damage to luggage, delays, cancellations by external providers (airlines, trains), expenses due to force majeure, or accidents/illnesses during the trip.
All clients are **strongly encouraged** to purchase comprehensive **travel insurance**.
