- 11:15 AM – 11:45 AM – Brief downhill visit to the Pisaq Artisan Market to browse local textiles and silver.
- 12:15 PM – 01:45 PM – Inkarry Museum Tour (~1.5 hours). Located strategically in Calca, making it the perfect stop right before lunch.
- 02:15 PM – 03:30 PM – Buffet Lunch in Urubamba. Drive straight from the museum to the valley’s top restaurants (~20-minute drive).
- 03:45 PM – Drop-off at your hotel in the Sacred Valley (Urubamba or Yanahuara). Enjoy a free afternoon to rest and acclimate to the valley’s warm, pleasant climate.
DAY 2: MARAS – MORAY – OLLANTAYTAMBO – AGUAS CALIENTES
A perfectly balanced day. Grants you ample time to truly explore the massive fortress of Ollantaytambo.

- 08:45 AM – 09:45 AM – Moray Agricultural Laboratory (~1 hour). Breathtaking concentric circular terraces used for Inca crop experimentation.
- 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM – Maras Salt Mines (~45 min to 1 hour). Stunning pink salt pans active since pre-Inca times.
- 12:00 PM – 01:15 PM – Lunch in Ollantaytambo town.
- 01:30 PM – 03:30 PM – Ollantaytambo Fortress & Archaeological Site (~2 hours). Plenty of time to climb up to the Sun Temple and understand its massive military and religious significance.
- 03:30 PM – 04:15 PM – Free walk through Ollantaytambo town, the only remaining «living Inca town» that still preserves its original street layouts and water channels.
- 04:15 PM – Head to the Ollantaytambo Train Station.
- 04:36 PM / 05:01 PM – Train departure to Aguas Calientes (subject to your exact ticket availability with Inca Rail or PeruRail).
- 06:30 PM – Arrival in Aguas Calientes, assistance, and transfer to your hotel. Light dinner and early rest.
DAY 3: MACHUPICCHU – CHINCHERO – CUSCO
Maximize your time at the Wonder of the World and complete the valley circuit via the high route back to Cusco.
- 06:30 AM – Board the Consettur shuttle bus up to the Machupicchu citadel (~30-minute ride).
